Based in Austin, TX Coach Moore and his crew are pushing athletes to reach new limits. Killer website with an extensive exercise library and an option to train remotely following the same programming they are running their athletes through in Austin.



If you haven’t heard of Kelly Starrett, you’re only excuse is that you have been in the remote grasslands of Siberia with no contact to the outside world. Kelly is PT and owner of San Francisco Cross Fit. “MobilityWOD is the ultimate guide to resolving pain, preventing injury, and optimizing athletic performance.  While people are born with this incredible machine, they aren’t born with the right software to run that machine. The MobilityWOD is designed to help you hack your body’s mechanics and provide the tools to perform basic maintenance on yourself.” You have to pay to get the full features of this site, but it is worth it…for the incredible depth and scope of information available and the sheer entertainment factor; Kelly is a character.

Cyber-Home of Gray Cook, one of the developers of the Functional Movement Screen and Selective Functional Movement Assessment. This site is geared more for the clinician or movement geek. Functional Movement has tons of information of the importance of movement quality not just advocating movement quantity. Definitely worth a look.
