Your First Session
The process begins with a thorough review of your health history and a discussion of your goals. This is followed by a series of movement assessments to evaluate your current flexibility and relative strength. A C.Ex Rx program will then be designed based on your health history and movement evaluation to help restore your body’s muscular balance and proper function. You are taken through the program during your visit to ensure your objectives are met and you have a successful experience.
C.Ex Program Design and Training is performed at Mountain Athlete. The gym is located at 3535 South Park Dr.
Your C.Ex Rx
Your body did not evolve or dissolve to its current state over night, so it is safe to say it will take some time to reverse the pattern. One therapy session is typically not enough interaction for us to effectively predict the response your body will have to the exercises, or to determine how long you will need to work within the program.
Continued C.Ex Personal Training Working with a C.Ex specialist is the most effective way to give your body the movement education it needs so you can once again move freely and without pain. Weekly one on one training sessions are the most effective way for you to progress through your C.Ex Rx program. You will still need to work the program on your own between sessions but you will have more guidance in learning the techniques and assistance in evolving your program. Continued C.Ex Personal Training offers the most dynamic program to be developed for you.
5 Week C.Ex Program $375, additional C.Ex Personal Training $70/hr

Train Independently Weekly personal training is not a viable option for everyone. Your C.Ex Rx program can be designed for you to train independently at your home or gym and be supported online, following your in person evaluation. You will be given access to the online module where you can view your current program and visit the exercise library where you can find detailed instruction on how to perform your exercises correctly. Your C.Ex Rx will be revised weekly to help you progress the exercises and will be based on the feedback you give regarding the prior weeks exercises.
Independent C.Ex Program $225,
includes in person C.Ex program design, 5 weeks virtual training.
